High Reins is pleasantly situated on the western edge of Hexham in a quiet residential area close to open countryside, Tynedale and Hexham golf courses. There is ample private car parking.

All rooms are centrally heated with full en suite bathrooms, colour TV and tea/coffee makers. There is a comfortable lounge and some ground floor bedrooms are available.

Hexham is an interesting market town with a fine Abbey dating back to 674 A.D. It is surrounded by an area of outstanding natural beauty and is perfectly placed as a centre for exploring the Roman Wall, the many castles, houses and museums of Northumberland. It is also within easy reach of the Lake District Durham City, Beamish Museum, Edinburgh and the Scottish Borders.
